Scott and Nakita houk are long-time local residents who are dedicated to their family and their community. Born and raised in the Coeur d'Alene area, they understand the needs of the local residents and of the homeowners who are only here seasonally. 

 

In 2013 Scott found the courage to step away from being a traveling electrician and started Rocky Mountain Concierge. Scott worked tirelessly and independently for clients for the first several years until he had earned enough work to justify hiring a team to help. Today Rocky Mountain Concierge offers so much more than we ever imagined. If Scott is not working, he can be found fishing one of our beautiful lakes or out hiking in the mountains. As an avid outdoorsman and steward of nature, Scott is always looking for a reason to be outside and share his love of the outdoors with his son Donnie. 

 

 

Nakita has spent the last 8 years in both Residential and commercial construction management as well as in field supervision of construction. This has given her the advantage of intimate knowledge when it comes to managing homes for our clients. When her day is not booked with managing and inspecting homes or doing paperwork, Nakita will often join the team on the job and assist with planting, or installing new sod for our clients. When she is able to escape from work, Nakita can be found spending time with her family, following her husband in the woods, fishing with the boys, or catching a horseback ride if she is really lucky.
